Jake O'Neil adds to strong HTF Series Rookie of the Year class in 2026

Tucson, Arizona’s Jake O'Neil has committed to compete full-time with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series in 2026, becoming the sixth driver to join the Rookie class. After making a handful of Super Late Model starts in the summer of 2025, O’Neil will contend for the $5,000 Base Racing Fuel & Oil Rookie of the Year Award as well as the $50,000 championship.

He will join an already strong Rookie field at Talladega Short Track on Sunday, March 22, for the $12,000-to-win season opener.
